Getting Started:
First of all we would meet for a free initial consultation, which gives us the chance to get to know each other. We would fill in a health questionnaire and discuss your lifestyle and nutrition, current and past fitness levels.
We would then chat about and how to get motivated by goal setting and incorporating realistic changes in your everyday life to get you there.
A health assessment is available so that we can review progress. This includes tests for blood pressure, Peak Expiratory flow, Weight, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Strength and Flexibility
 
The Next Step:
Following this assessment, Tyla will create a unique training programme you can fit into your everyday life with exercises that can be done in the home or office. This will be progressed and adapted at a pace to suit you. Tyla will also look at existing eating habits and how to realistically change those for healthier ones.   
On top of the one-to-one personal training, you will receive your training plan, complete with illustrations, plus ongoing support and advice by phone, text and email
